Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

A professor at the University of The Potomac since 2013 but have worked with the University since 2007, in the roles of Admissions Counselor, Associate Director of Admissions, Corporate Liaison and Career Advisor. I earned my BA at Wilkes University in Communications, MBA from the University of Phoenix in Health Care Management and my Doctorate from Argosy University in Counseling Psychology. I am a Leader, Career Coach, Mentor and Business Owner, who have dedicated my career to helping others in higher education as well as workforce development. I have worked with the Health Choice Program for the State of Maryland through Health Management Resources, as well as with Grant Associates providing services in Workforce Development. I am an experienced and dedicated Human Services professional with over 15 years of experience with progressive responsibilities. I enjoy teaching and watching students grown and accomplish their career goals at a high level.
