Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

GERALDINE LEOPOLDO is an educator, actor, director, producer, and community organizer. She received her M.A. in Theater from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has over 15 years of experience as a teaching artist and literacy coach for public school teachers. Ms. Leopoldo is the Executive Director of the Center for Immigrant Resources & Community Arts (CIRCA) Pintig, a community arts organization founded in 1991. In 2006, she and her husband opened Cafe Aorta in Chicago and has since provided catering and event planning services. In addition, since 2017, she has been an ESL instructor and Coach for an online company based in China. She teaches ESL courses at UOTP in Chicago and believes in creative ways to engage her students. Prof. Leopoldo is currently a doctoral student at the UOTP and working on an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership.
